ICOM Serial Number Year of Manufacture
2N3884 2016 – ICM 220-T3

How do you find the year of manufacture of an Icom Serial Number?
How to tell if an Icom is an older or newer model?
Determine the year of manufacture of an Icom serial number with a calculator.Dopamine activity in panic disorder.
Dopamine (DA) activity was measured in 25 unmedicated patients with panic disorder using the prolactin (PRL) release test. The mean PRL peak value in 13 of 25 patients was elevated as compared to that of 16 normal control subjects, both of whom had been drug free for 4 days. The prolactin response in these 13 panic patients was sensitive to placebo, indicating intact pituitary-adrenal function, suggesting that the elevated prolactin response is not secondary to an occult illness such as hyperthyroidism.A novel technique to identify genetic lesions in carcinomas of the prostate.
Diagnosis and classification of prostate carcinomas has a large impact on patients’ management. Cytogenetic studies have shown that the majority of prostate carcinomas have recurrent genetic lesions, most of which are consistent with changes that may occur during prostatic cancer progression. We have used a combination of fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) and comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) to identify new genetic lesions in an array of prostate carcinomas. Chromosomes 4, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 21, and X were included in the panel of FISH probes. Three DNA samples of different prostate carcinomas were tested using these probes. When a novel genetic lesion was detected in the tumors, it was further analyzed using CGH. This combination of techniques has led to the identification of six new genetic lesions in prostate cancer, four of which are mutations. These four are the first known missense mutations in oncogenes in prostate cancer. One of the mutations involves the protooncogene KRAS in a prostate carcinoma, whereas the other three involve tumor suppressor genes. The importance of these genetic lesions is currently under investigation. In the future, the combination of FISH and CGH has the potential to identify new prostate carcinomas at an early stage.»The doctor is in, and the doctor is out»: exploring professional identity

I had an Icom radio that was basically a clone of a 706 that was manufactured in , or thereabouts. My model was a 706MKIV.
I loved this radio for about 10 years, and had quite a few problems with it, mainly: the tuner would take forever to lock to the strongest station. The RF gain was not very good. The display was always garbled. I would say that the build quality of this radio was great, but the tuning and RF gain were not.
I decided to sell it when I changed to a 706DX.
